Optima Living’s Golden Sands Wins Outstanding Employer of the Year Award

LAC LA BICHE, AB, November 27, 2024 – Optima Living is proud to announce that Golden Sands has been named Outstanding Employer of the Year for 2024 by the Lac La Biche & District Chamber of Commerce. This recognition was presented during the Chamber’s gala on November 16, attended by over 150 community members and honoring more than 40 local businesses.

Golden Sands received the award in the Best Employer category, which featured 12 nominees. The award highlights the exceptional commitment of the Golden Sands team to fostering a supportive and rewarding workplace, reflecting Optima Living’s mission to provide home-style living for seniors while enabling each resident to experience a full and independent lifestyle.
